Statistics:

Modeling, shader setup, motion testing, animation and final rendering was completed in a week and a half.

Only 5 people worked on the test (mostly part-timer's). A Project Lead / Senior Animator (overseeing the entire project), A Technical Director (for character rigging), a Character Modeler, a Shader Developer and an Environmental Modeler.
