GOODS POLICY

Future
Fiberglass Company, Inc. requires that all returns made directly to Future
Fiberglass Company must have a returned goods authorization (R.G.A.) number.
To obtain an R.G.A. number, please call a customer service representative
at Future Fiberglass Company for return details and information. This
R.G.A. number must appear on all shipping labels and correspondence to
be considered for replacement or credit. All Parts Should Be "Dry
Fit" Before Painting - NO Returns will be allowed on painted items.

DAMAGED
GOODS POLICY

All
damaged freight claims must be submitted by customer directly to the freight
carrier within 10 days of receipt of goods. Future Fiberglass Company
cannot be held liable for damage in shipping due to mishandling by carrier.

LIMITED
WARRANTY
|
|
Future Fiberglass Company, Inc. warrants their fiberglass components (within) that have been properly installed for (1) year from date of original purchase against actual product failure. If a Future Fiberglass Company fiberglass component should become defective return it to the place of purchase. NOTE: Warranty covers only the cost of the fiberglass component and not the costs of removal, painting or other incidental charges. PATENT
STATEMENT

Vehicle Side Rail, Step and Splash Guards manufactured by Future Fiberglass
Company are protected by its Manufacturer U.S. Design Patent #D297,230
and Canadian Industrial Design #63941. Unauthorized duplication in any
form or material will violate patent laws and will not be tolerated under
any circumstances, and will result in legal aciton. Future Fiberglass
Company, Inc. actively enforces its patent rights and will take actin
against infringers to protect its interests. Future Fiberglss Company,
however, solicits and prefers trade cooperation in the avoidance of infringement.
